The Aviator 2.3 AMS² is a lightweight helmet equipped with a very strong carbon/kevlar outer shell. The helmet shell also comes in two sizes, ensuring a good fit and less rotational forces at impact (compared to a helmet with one size outer shell).

Airoh Multiaction Safety System²

Airoh®'s R&D department has succeeded in developing a completely redesigned inner shell that provides maximum protection at both high and low speed impact. The AMS² has been patented by Airoh®. This innovative system uses a double EPS inner shell, consisting of 2 overlapping shells with different impact characteristics (hard and soft), with a unique system of elastomer inserts in between. These inserts absorb part of the impact energy but also ensure that, upon impact, the EPS inner shell can move freely but in a controlled way in relation to the upper EPS inner shell. This significantly reduces the rotation and impact force transmitted to the skull and brain. Result? Less risk of serious brain injury. In addition, the density of the two different EPS inner shells ensures protection during high-speed impact (hard EPS inner shell), and low-speed impact (soft EPS inner shell).
