The Captane is fitted with our IN&OUT™ jacket, which is a detachable, waterproof and insulated liner that can be worn inside the jacket, as rain shell over the jacket or separately as stand-alone garment.
Differentiators in the outer shell are Air Burst™ – mesh fabric that takes in air to cool the body – and Night Eye™; fabric that is covered with microscopic dishes that reflect light back to its source, making you better visible when it really matters.
Easy Cuff™ is present at the wrists. This small zip (instead of loops and snaps) connects the inner layers of your jacket and prevents loose, floating layers. The Quick Access Puller™ enables your inner pocket to be opened fast and easily, and the Coat Hanger™ is developed to carry the weight of a motorcycle jacket.
At the back you’ll find a Hydro Pocket which enables a hydration bladder to be placed. The left underarm is fitted with a Card Pocket to minimise your lost time at toll gates and such. At the bottom of the main zip, we’ve added our Zip Grip™ to make zipping up easier, even with gloves on.
Our RISC™ level 1 impact protectors are present at the shoulders and elbows. RISC™ back and chest protectors are separately available and can be placed in the designated compartment with ease. Be sure to check the size table before purchasing a back protector.
If all of this isn’t enough, this jacket is also prepared for additional differentiators. At the upper back, you’ll find a pocket for our Vision 2C led light. The chest features two buckles to which our Vision Tech vest can be attached. The vest will stay in place when putting on or taking off the jacket.
